As low carbers, we are advocate of whole foods and whole beverages. Which means we like to avoid artificial sweeteners and any and all forms of processed sugar.

It’s a good low carb drink option. All ‘real tea’ comes from just one plant called camellia sinensis. So if you drink black tea, or green tea or white tea…it all comes from the same plant. Mostly from China and India.
Anyway, unsweetened black, green, white, oolong, pu ehr tea are all ZERO carbs and add flavor and health benefits to any low carb diet.
