Dr. Perlmutter, author of Grain Brain, said we can prevent — and even reverse — Alzheimer’s, diabetes, obesity, epilepsy, heart disease and ADHD by following the low-carb, gluten-free Paleo diet.

The Paleo diet emphasizes high-quality animal proteins, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits, and excludes gluten, sugar, dairy, legumes, starches, alcohol and processed foods.
