The Big Little Lies actress told Bon Appetit she can’t get enough of fermented foods. Her go-to snacks? “My favorites are kraut and kimchi and kombucha, but the great thing about fermentation is that you can ferment just about anything. I sort of love that semi-rotten flavor, too.”

“Whenever I have almonds, I always end up eating way too many nuts,” Hudson told Today. “For snacking, I’m big on cutting up vegetables and keeping them in the fridge.
