Kathleen is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Speaker and Author of the best-selling book “The Hidden Connection.” After years in a successful career as an Investor Relations executive at a Fortune 500 firm and recreational triathlete, Kathleen’s health took a devastating turn. This spiraled into several disorders including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, severe degenerative arthritis, IBS and a myriad of other ailments. She uses her story of recovery to teach others the power of using ‘food as medicine’ as the key to unlocking the mystery of chronic health conditions.
Kathleen prides herself on a wide range of nutritional wisdom, food savvy and self-care techniques. She is trained in Functional Nutrition, Bio-Individual Nutrition, and is a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach.
